Clare never ever reviews evendence but she does fabricate whatever narrative she wants. no due process, never writes orders that match verbal orders or minute orders. She ensures orders dont get served and the ambiguity of orders creates real world dilemmas to which she blames the protective parent for. she wont hear motions on one side while over litigating the other. She has absolutely no regard for children's best interest and sits deep in the systems players pocket. She permits minors counsel to openly misrepresent facts without evendence or documentation. She is playing theater for the appearance while erasing the transcript and refuses to uphold the law. She gets paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to put parents in poverty and remain victim to their abusers. She does this every single day, all day long.

Judge Keithley is a part of a vicious circle working closely with certain judges like Michael Candela. they sign each others orders and rotate cases among. both have district attorney prosecuting long -term background. she might know the law, but she does not follow the law, to favor certain attorneys only. Hates self-represented litigants, makes rulings based on oral sudden requests, favoring certain parties. issues illegal sudden orders in her chambers to justify her disgusting behaviour towards self-represented. Despite recusing herself out of the cases for admitted conflict of interest (friendship with the attorney), record shows she is still doing business with that attorney for over 3 years. same pattern: that attorney files either false restraining order or fraudulent ex parte request for order without a notice to another parent, minors are taken, and the process will get going for years without reaching the merits. signs fraudulent orders, prepared by the opposing attorney, flips custody of the children without due process, in one signature, favors obvious abusers, placing kids with them, retaliates for invoking ADA and if she is caught in a fraud, such as backdating and backlogging documents into the docket.
Fairness & Impartiality: treats only certain attorneys she is in a personal relationships (and not even hides it). hates protective parents, biased and unpredictable. her orders make no sense. loves to jail protective parents, especially mothers.
Judicial Temperament: she knows she can’t accept or rule on sudden oral requests but she is still doing that to favor the party represented by her friends-attorneys. Simply ignores evidence of abuse, and witnesses.
Timeliness: using a truncated paper driven process, manipulates dates in issuing orders in a month after proceeding to give her friends attorneys the most favorable outcome
