Legal Knowledge: I put evidence before this judge proving that the petitioners in a dependency court case (CPS agents) had no oath filed in accordance with California Government Code 1363, and this judge ignored all evidence, forced counsel upon me so I couldn't represent myself and then terminated my parental rights. I have a lawsuit in federal court against her and I have an active appeal regarding her unjust ruling. After doing a records request with the California Secretary of State, there was no bond on file for her.
