child ex parte and trial. Legal Knowledge: plaintiff has appeared in front of judge 4 times in custody of his son. was awarded ex parte as child was returned with two black eyes to plaintiff. At trial judge told plaintiff and defendant “I do not like to take children from their mothers” albeit this is the second time the child was abused by someone in the mothers household, it was unsubstantiated albeit pictures and doctors records were provided. Judge stated to mother “I’ll give you enough rope to hang yourself”. Meaning the child may be exposed to more potential abuse and or neglect. This is a 50/50 joint legal and joint physical custody with equal decision making for both parties related to the child. The paternal parent has no records against him for any abuse of the child or the mother however the mother was proven to be dishonest in her claim of abuse by father in court as unfounded. This seems to be abusive to the child’s rights and that of the father as well. Fairness & Impartiality: “I do not like to take children from their mothers” Judicial Temperament: calm and professionally firm
