Fairness & Impartiality: she was biased towards the biological mother. she didn’t care about previous domestic violence with the father whom child lives with during her custody time. Judicial Temperament: she belittled dad and even said he took a coparenting class to “look good” for the court but didn’t say anything to mom who didn’t do it at all. Communication: she took moms side and didn’t ask for dads side.
