Legal Knowledge: I really don’t know how Petri dish is not in prison. He lets CPS make up fake policies and he knows they’re not real but he lets them go through. CPS tried to keep me from my kids until I finished half of my BIP classes. If my lawyer didn’t say something he would’ve let it go through. He even commented that this fake policy came up in another case and he let the father take the deal. Fairness & Impartiality: He acts like a child and likes to raise his voice like he’s above the law. He is very opinionated and doesn’t go off of objective evidence. Judicial Temperament: Very unprofessional and acts like a man child. How is he still a judge he’s a joke. Timeliness: The first time I had court with Peri dish he was late to court by 4 hours! We were all just waiting in the hall for hours. He should’ve been held in contempt!

I was always left confused and wondering what just happened and why Timeliness: it always takes 1-3 years to work your way thru his court. always set off for 3-6 months

he is also the family judge in Mercer County. DCBS was spread thin and I feel like my case had a lot to do with the 2020 census. The more children in "the system" during the census, the more federal funding they would receive.

25-M-00056 Allowed my exwife to lie in court about S/A and abuse with zero evidence of allegations which in turn resulted in loss of wages, loss of business opportunities (LLC), harassment, provoked mental health issues, and significant loss of relationship with my children because of false judgement and ruling. I proved through investigation by police the accusations were false and the case is still being heard and not thrown out. The whole case and ruling lacks due process and will be brought before the state attorney general. Judge stated “my whole family are Freemasons”. Didn’t swear in before hearing the case. Denied EVERY SINGLE affidavit I submitted with TRUTH on it. Took a vacation paid for by masons from stealing from my straw man bond for “handling” my case. The whole court is a circus ran by devil worshipping freemasons. My straw man bond was dissolved and stolen by masons IN Kentucky who control the court in Boyle County Kentucky. I have names. Seems they know that I know and are desperately trying to either lock me up and force me out of my children’s lives. One of the most compromised, corrupt, overstepping “judges” drunk on money from his masonic community of “good ole boys” that exists. A truly pathetic excuse for right ruling. This is not slander, it’s truth. Legal Knowledge: Doesn’t know the difference in good and bad. Zero discernment for himself beyond what he sees physically. Judge is spiritually afflicted. Fairness & Impartiality: Denies any evidence you submit to make you claim. Judicial Temperament: Tried to tell me I couldn’t have my service animal in the courtroom. Communication: Scared to speak on the things that he has done wrong in my case Timeliness: Has dragged my case out two years with date after date and nothing being done.
