CPS case Legal Knowledge: Doesn't care about the law, and definitely doesn't follow it. Fairness & Impartiality: very unfair and careless. Judicial Temperament: None at all! Communication: Took 4 children from a mom and placed them in foster care without speaking to other family members or trying to re-home the kids with their family, even after grandparents and the real father was in the court room and requested to have the children placed with them! Timeliness: zero!
Legal Knowledge: took custody from dad that had son for 8 years and gave to mother who didn’t have her own place to live and was charged with neglect.
Legal Knowledge: doesn't listen to the proof rules on her emotions and her bias openly admits she doesn't like certain people and talks badly to that person Judicial Temperament: wont listen when she gets bothered or mad and let's her temperament show in her rulings Communication: don't listen to the proof that is presented to her by attorney or the person being prosecuted
She’s always been good to me. She seen through my ex that lied in court and made a fair judgment. I think she’s a judge that truly cares about the children.
dvo Fairness & Impartiality: favors people with substance abuse, she is extremely lenient with them. My child has testified about the dangerous situations the other parent has put her in and she still did nothing to help us.
