Divorce and PSA Post Decree Issues Legal Knowledge: after waiting 2 1/2 years for her to issue an order on a motion that has been filed, refiled filed for reconsideration (because it is part of the PSA and Custody Agreement) she did not hold the petitioner in this case in contempt for not listening to her instructions, and following the orders, she never does . Bear in mind the entire agreement is fraudulent on its face, and based her ruling on unpublished case law, and the way in which she described it, left the door open for me to ask her to declare the agreement unconscionable. Her staff Attorney and her have throttled the case. For 2 1/2 years she’s been enforcing in negative ways toward me and an agreement that was mediated in complete and utter fraud byopposing counsel who is also an elected official who practices law on the side. she constantly misleads me, not understanding that everything that she stretches in terms of the truth is a researchable topic so I’ve learned more about the process then I think she actually knows at this time. she does not follow the laws, does not follow statutes and does not follow civil rules. Fairness & Impartiality: in my case, her unfairness is glaring. watching her and opposing counsel craft political theater at each CMC has created a two year gap in me seeing and speaking with my children. Her orders make little sense, are ignored by the Petitioner and she refuses to admit she’s made egregious errors. At our last CMC she called my Motions; “paperwork”, threatened to sanction me and accused me of using AI, but she also didn’t read them. she has utilized a psych evaluation delay bc of the lack of providers in my area to justify not restoring contact between me and my children. she is frankly so deficient, she ordered a Psych. eval and denied that my actual ex should have one, he has a personality disorder. I had to be waitlisted for a year, and even after receiving notice I finished it, the would schedule no follow up hearing or compel restoration. it took six months to get the written findings, I sent them to the court in February 2026, she just gave me a CMC and did not read the report findings so still no contact restored. she is an abyssmal failure to date. Y ‘all threw your vote away on her! Judicial Temperament: in October 2025 she joked about me having contact with my Son after NO ONE followed the instructions and order to restore contact. She is often unprepared, hasn’t read the pleadings and does not supervise the Attorneys in this case. Communication: she needs to take a rhetorical writing class, her orders are easy to ignore because most of the time they don’t make sense. Opposing Counsel and the Petitioner are perpetually out of compliance so really this is an exercise in futility. Timeliness: I have Motions from 2023 that she still hasn’t released a definitive, fair or executable Judgment on. she has held my assets hostage while giving them back to my exhusband one at a time. here’s the catch: they were criminal acts, so this Judge’s exparte mergench orders were brought to another state to be enforced and the Petitioner committed crimes. she signed them without doing any BASIC due diligence. With every CMC she moves my ex closer to criminal prosecution from her delays and frankly, inability to manage her caseload properly.
