will “side” with who she knows. does not think about children. make inappropriate comments towards defendants. cuts off lawyers/prevents lawyers to speak. ignores evidence. absolutely does not follow due process. Will let one side violate orders without any repercussions vs. the other side will be thrown in jail or fined.
Communication: another poor rating for this. she states orders but NEVER sends updated orders in paper, but even if so, she changes orders from whenever she pleases. I’ve seen her set an order, the other party didn’t follow and instead of enforcing that order she just “took it away” literally. the CHILDREN suffered from that one.
Fairness & Impartiality: clearly biased. multiple lawyers and other judges have looked over the motions (from both sides) and are shocked by how biased and unethical she is as a judge in a family court setting.
Judicial Temperament: demeanor is extremely poor. she will make terrible diragatory comments to the clients she is against in any matter. I have seen her wear sweat pants to court. not professional at all.
Timeliness: I’ve seen “decisions” take 8+ months. I’ve seen her take up to 4-6 months to send out updated orders.
Legal Knowledge: does not follow due process. sets orders based on opinion and not the law. even when an attorney sits a law- nothing changes. it’s her court room.

This judge is clearly bias in the courtroom. She does not seem to care about the best interest of the children. She has shown for the last year that she will ignore evidence and proof while believing everything the other side says with no proof. She has allowed the mother to weaponize the children and she has done the same. She allows this in her courtroom with no evidence of the truth. She helps those around her without any need of proof and clearly has no one holding her accountable

Custody. Domestic Violence. Child Protection
Legal Knowledge: Her ideas seem to be based in archaic definitions of domestic violence and abuse.
Judicial Temperament: Threatens contempts to curt tail her duty.
Communication: needs radical empathy
Timeliness: seemingly did not read the motion. refused to acknowledge documented proof of abuse and violence against children.
