The facts of someone killing you after having choking you she should know- My ex had a felony charge pending & used his substance abuse teacher that he does side jobs for as an expert witness to charm judge Ward into getting his visitations- only to get another felony 5 months later! Still with him in & out of jail, he uses the family courts to abuse & terrorize- Judge Ward enables him. The system we thought was there to protect has let us down. Judicial Temperament: no patience for pro sea litigants, her GALS are totally unprofessional with their Facebook posts hateful towards women. Threatens to hold you in contempt if you ask a question. GAL gave me a number that was not her- wrong number. Never got copy of itemized bill from Gal for services. I played the tape of my ex saying he was going to kill me 5 times in front of my children to the GAL and she wasn't concerned at all. She said he wasn't a danger to the children because he didn't threaten to hurt them and she refused to recommend the protective order. Communication: will say a lot of things in court to both parties but doesn't put everything she said in her order.
