She’s the judge presiding over cases involving CPS. She allowed KY CPS to steal my baby from TN and ignored when I showed videos of social workers attempting to break into my car. Legal Knowledge: Judge Henschel fails to do what is in the best interest of the children. She has ulterior motives when it comes to ensuring children stay in the system to get adopted out. She has failed to follow laws and procedures in my case. She has diligently worked hard to cover up the wrongdoings by denying me rights to information I am supposed to have by law. She has allowed the Cabinet to run the show without having a backbone to stand for what is right. Then when the cabinet came to her with an affidavit to remove a TN child she failed to stop them as the child wasn’t located in Kentucky and the notary commission was expired by 6 months. Fairness & Impartiality: Judge Henschel is not fair or impartial in the least. In my case I was not informed my attorney had been suspended (later disbarred) until February 2023. This is for the child that was illegally taken. My right to appeal that entire case was denied to me from the very beginning. Then when she had a judicial conference I was denied the right to be in that hearing to the extent I was given the wrong date! She lied to the TN Judge and told him I had been involved in every court proceeding but failed to tell him she intentionally denied me my right to appeal the disposition hearing. Families are supposed to come first when dealing with CPS. However, for judge Henschel she has a complete and utter bias in place. Prior to becoming Judge she had an adoption agency geared towards foster parents, as she herself was a foster parent unable to have biological children. She’s unable to even admit when she has done something wrong. She goes to great lengths to cover up the wrongdoings. Judicial Temperament: She has a tendency to be scrolling online during testimony’s that are being given by the “defendant”. I have videos of her doing this exact thing. That’s one of the most unprofessional thing a judge can do. Communication: She’s mixed in her explanation. During my termination hearing I requested to fire the appointed attorney as she had stated that I had to do the leg work because she had other clients. Judge Henschel told people I was pro se, however, she wrote on paper I was represented. Definitely not clear communication.
