criminal case Fairness & Impartiality: from my observation she does seem decently fair Judicial Temperament: this is the one area she definitely needs improvement on. she does talk down to others in the court room and uses a condescending tone. I did hear her cutting others off after she would ask questions and when she didn’t obtain the answers she wanted , she would interject and cut them off before they could complete their sentences.
