I was in front of her for custody case Legal Knowledge: she is very rude and she can’t stand when someone calls her out for it she will put you in jail if you make her mad Fairness & Impartiality: she has zero empathy matter fact if she even knows you from any other case you already know it’s downhill from there Judicial Temperament: I have never been in from of a judge that is more aggressive than this lady she does not care about kids she cares about how much of her time you are taking up if she thinks you came to court to fast to file a motion she will not look at the evidence and will tell you bye Communication: very rude Timeliness: all falls back on her inability to feel empathy or respect that this is someone’s life in her hands she truly don’t care
