Modification. Haven’t seen my child in over 30 months, with a valid parenting plan, and no charges against me, no TRO’s, nothing. Child support is fully paid, and I’m in over 15k in lawyer fees. Legal Knowledge: Made an educational order that was directly against our parenting plan, and asked opposing counsel if she was able to do it, before she made the order. Mother made the change unilaterally, and both the court and GAL essentially sponsored the move. Fairness & Impartiality: Her boss Luke Boyer is friends with my ex’s family, and he has helped their family business in the past. I believe they could be coordinating behind the scenes. Communication: She didn’t even know if she was allowed to make the ruling she did, and had to ask opposing counsel… Timeliness: It seems only when it benefits the court. My first attorney withdrew after the educational decision, and she let him, even with multiple unheard motions on the docket. He gave no reason, there was no hearing, and he was allowed to leave the case 3 days later.
