as one of his first official cases after taking the bench. This Judge allowed my case to be moved to CA against the previous judges full ruling where ca and the opposing party were called out for violating the law and my constitutional rights. He decided it was too much for him to handle and granted the request by falsely answering the inconvenient forum questionair that is ment to remove any discretion of the courts and be fact base only. He claimed the opposite of what any party had ever claimed, forcing the case to be transferred into an illegal forum for the same reasons the previous judge had explicitly denied based upon inconvenient forum, forum shopping, unclean hands act, judicial failures to follow federal and state laws by the state of CA and the opposing party. He didn’t want a hard case so he lied and cost my family everything. that was 2019… I’m still fighting to correct his actions and my children and I have been suffering since. this is a multi state case with clear violations from the courts. this is an ongoing matter, I will upstate once I get to filing against him as I’m being forced to fight in Ca and Luisiana currently although 3 of the 4 children are being held at an unknown location in MS. Legal Knowledge: Claimed the opposite of what all evidence claimed in order to recuse and refuse to handle a case that belonged in his court and no where else. cost is everything so he didn’t have to actually do his job correctly as the previous judge had not more than 2 months before. abused the system to get what he wanted VS what the law says. Fairness & Impartiality: more worried about his caseload than the case itself. Judicial Temperament: if you change the evidence in order to remove your responsibility to do you job correctly, you obviously don’t have the correct temperament. answering the inconvenient forum questionnaire in opposition to the facts in order to force his desired outcome and refuse his responsibility he had just obtained. Communication: Wven after appealing his initial decision, he still decided to allow the kidnapping and theft to take place by standing with his false presentation of the facts in opposition to what both parties had claimed. Timeliness: the only thing he’s interested in doing quickly is violating your rights and easing his caseload. Even if he has to change the facts to fit the outcome he wants.
