Legal Knowledge: judge Bertram, is a very knowledgeable and fair judge that really does a lot of rulings based on facts in a family court which is kind of a great area being it hard to produce facts in a family court setting based on emotion but I think she does her best to both parties and always put the well being of the children first. I have seen this judge speak to parents as if they were children my self included on a factual basis and said nothing wrong she done one of the better judges Fairness & Impartiality: she is very fair and practice as far as I have seen. Judicial Temperament: judge Bertram is fair Communication: mmmm she doesn’t let you communicate to long on her court room as in my opinion family court js high flying emotions amd some ppl come there prepared to kill with crazy stories judge Bertram def sees though the bullshit and is as fair as possible Timeliness: she d ok es not make timely decisions based on the facts of she takes time to consider a lot of factors an thoroughly reades the light things with a lot years oexperiemce so you can’t always be timeleybwhn dealing with people’s lives and I say that from experience in her court room as an obeserber and a litigant
