over 4 years and still going high conflict custody case Legal Knowledge: Allowed my ex to put two PFAs against me and never looked at any evidence. Over 4 years My contempt attempts have never been brought out but ex Partie and w.e modification my ex asked for has been allowed. The Court Psychologist and the lawyers have done nothing to help my kids and they are now fully alienated from me. I never been convicted of a crime, abuse or ever had any drug charges and the judge has allowed my ex who works as a social worker put me in jail infront of my kids and I have not had them on my custody time in over 6 months and cannot talk to them because of how the order is wrote up giving a 7yr and 9yr old choice. The Judge at the last hearing signed off and passed it on to another judge who granted my ex contempt aginst me for asking to see my kids. Fairness & Impartiality: Never looked at or wanted to see evidence over 4 years of court hearings Judicial Temperament: power hungry Horribly wrong Communication: Lied about court dates and legal papers being mailed allowed my ex to not show up for a hearing after I filed for contempt. Had a GIL appointed and she was my exs lawyer Timeliness: 4 years and nothing has been resolved only my kids relationship that they had with me has been destroyed
