Child Custody and Divorce Legal Knowledge: This judge demonstrates extreme bias against men. If you are listed as a defendant in a divorce case, especially as a man, she will taunt you as a defendant and will say outrageous ridiculous things to attempt to obtain a reaction out of you. and when you don’t react she will continue talking as if she wants to hear the sound of her own voice. she has no respect for the law. she does not observe or pay attention to on during litigation. when evidence is being shown, especially video, her attention is always focused on other paperwork or matters. She will place illegal gag orders and disregard any and all state or federal laws just to promote her agenda. the idiocracy that comes out her her mouth is surpassed only by the ignorance she shows towards males litigants. She should be removed from the bench and investigated. Fairness & Impartiality: This judge cannot help herself when it comes to being partial. Judicial Temperament: if you present facts or law that she doesn’t like or that hurts the image of the family court, she will verbally attack you. Communication: She will take children away from successful and responsible single litigants with no explanation as she orders supervised visitations for the sole reason of Just Because. Timeliness: I cannot fault her on the timeliness of her orders. despite the overall negative review, her paperwork and orders are processed in a timely matter.
